Can I carry a full carboy with the cover?

Yes, our covers are designed to lift full carboys! The only reason you would take your carboy out of it’s cover is to machine wash the cover or clean the outside of your carboy itself. Our covers stay on for every other aspect during brewing and fermenting.

My cover is dirty, how do I wash it?

You can wash your cover by hand or machine wash and hang to dry.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a email once the order has shipped and tracking information is included.

I purchased the wrong size, how do I do an exchange?

If you know which cover you needed and are ready to do an exchange you can purchase the correct cover, and during checkout under “delivery notes” explain that you are exchanging a cover. We will ship your new order with with a return label so you can send your original cover back. There is a $3 handling fee and as soon as it is returned we will credit the order.

How do I return a cover?

Contact us first before shipping the cover, explaining that you are sending in a return for a refund. Ship your cover to:

I want to become a wholesaler, how do I set that up?

You can contact us for bulk pricing rates, or add more than 10 covers of any size to your cart to receive 1st tier pricing instantly in your cart’s total.

Will you store my Credit Card information?

No, our store uses PayPal’s secure service and we have no access to your credit card information at any point during a transaction.

Where can I check my order status?

You can see your order status by going to My Account and click orders. If you did not create an account you can check your order status by opening the confirmation email sent when the order was placed. You will not receive another email until the order ships, at that time you will be provided a tracking number.

I received a different size cover than I ordered, what do I do?

If you received a different size cover than you ordered please contact us.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We do not sell or otherwise share your personal information with anyone. In addition, apart from confirmation of your order, you will never hear from us again. We will not email you or contact you unless you specifically ask to be added to our mailing list. We are confident you will enjoy our product so much that you will check back with us on your own. Your privacy is very important to us!

Can I call in an order?

We don’t accept phone orders. It is safer, faster, and easier to place your order on the website.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped next day USPS and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Tracking information for orders are available within the My Account area.

What is our Return Policy?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our product you can ship it back to us for a refund on the product within 30 days of the purchase date.
